Welcome to AdGlue.com! AdGlue.com and its affiliated subdomains are websites (collectively the “Site”) operated by AdGlue, LLC (“we”, “us” or “our”) that enables advertisers and their agent to locate available advertising inventory on the Internet and for publishers to offer that inventory for purchase that inventory. This Privacy Policy applies to the personal information we collect by means of the Site or through use of the AdGlue proprietary platform (the “Platform”) that is used to facilitate these advertising transactions.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using our Site, the Platform and any related services. By using our Site, the Platform or the related services, you agree to be bound this Privacy Policy.

WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

We collect information from users from our Site or services when they register or subscribe to our Platform and services. When you register on our Site or use our Platform or services, we may ask you to provide or we may otherwise collect from you various forms of personal information, which may include: your first and last name, your company name, physical address, email address, and cell or mobile phone number. We also collect, store and maintain the user identification and password assigned to you when you register on our Site.

We also may collect various types of non-personally identifiable information when you visit our Site or use our services. Some of the information that is collected may include the current Internet protocol address and type of browser you are using, the type of operating system you are using, the domain name of your Internet service provider, the web pages you have visited, the content you have accessed and the advertisements you have been shown and/or clicked on. Some of the specific technologies we use to collect this information are discussed below:

Cookies and Web Beacons.

In order to improve our Site and services, we may utilize “cookies” to maintain a record of your visits, by using a cookie file that is stored on the hard drive of your computer. A cookie is a small text file that is transferred to a web browser by a web server and can only be read by the server that gave it to you. This information does not identify you personally and you remain anonymous unless you have otherwise provided us with personal information. IP Addresses.

Our computers may also collect your IP address. (Your IP address is a numerical address that is used by computers connected to the Internet to identify your computer so that data such as the web pages you want to view can be transmitted to you.) Your IP address does not tell us who you are. We may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer our Site, to deliver web pages to you upon request, to tailor our Site to the interests of our users, and to measure traffic within our Site.   • deliver services and process transactions with you relating to advertising placed through the Platform and to deliver other requested goods, services or information to you;
  • communicate with you directly regarding our current and future products and services provide notices regarding the goods or services you have purchased;
  • provide notices regarding goods or services you might want to purchase in the future;
  • verify your authority to enter our Site, use our Platform or services or access an account;
  • improve the content and services on our Site and Platform,
  • enforce the terms of this Privacy Policy or any Terms of Use for use of the Site, Platform or other services; and
  • facilitate communications between advertisers and publishers relating to the placement of advertising through the Platform.

WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT?

The purpose of our Site is to connect advertisers with merchants. In order to do this, and enable advertiser to place orders and publishers to fulfill orders from advertising placement, we may need share the personal information and other information we collect from each party to the transaction with the other. By registering on our Site or using our Platform and our services, you agree that we may share this information with the advertiser or publisher on the other side of the advertising transaction.

Except for this disclosure to advertisers and publishers, we do not disclose your personal information to any third parties, except in the following circumstances:

  • We may disclose such information to third parties (e.g., data storage and processing facilities) that we use to assist us in providing our services, subject to similar obligations of confidentiality to those contained in this Privacy Policy.
  • We may disclose information about you as we believe is reasonably necessary to comply with laws, regulations, court or administrative orders, or other governmental authority or to prevent harm to yourself or others.
  • We may disclose information where you have specifically authorized us to do so in connection with registering at our Site or in some other written communication.
  • Finally, we may disclose your personal information upon a transfer or sale to another entity of all or substantially all of our stock or assets in the line of business that this Privacy Policy relates or upon any other corporate reorganization.

We may also share aggregate demographic, statistical and other information regarding use of our Site and services, and the reviews and comments posted on our Site, with third parties for marketing and other purposes, but such aggregate information will not specifically identify any particular user.

HOW CAN YOU ACCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

If you register at our Site or use our Platform and services, you will be issued a user id and password that you can use to access your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of the user identification and password. Please make sure you choose a user identification and password that is not easily recognizable and to keep the user identification and password in a safe place. Do not share them with others. You are responsible for any use of your account, whether or not you authorized such use. However, if you become aware of any unauthorized use, please contact us immediately at support@AdGlue.com.

You can access your account and registration information by logging on to your account using your assigned user id and password. You are responsible for ensuring that all information that you provide to us is complete, accurate and current.

SECURITY

We take reasonable measures to ensure that your personal information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy, including the use of SSL encryption. All interaction done via https://studio.adglue.com is encrypted. All stored passwords are also encrypted. Unfortunately, however, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we will endeavor to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its security and any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access.

CHILDREN

Our Site is not intended for anyone under the age of 13. We do not solicit or encourage the transmission of information from or about children. We will not knowingly allow anyone under 13 to register with our Site, or to provide any personally identifying information. If you're under 13, please do not provide us with any personally identifying information about you. Children between 13 and 18 can only use our Site or the services with the consent of their parent or legal guardians. If parents or legal guardians believe their minor children have accessed our Site and provided their personal information, please contact us at support@AdGlue.com so that we may delete the information.

NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADVERTISER AND OTHER SITES

Our Site may contain links to other websites, including the websites of advertisers and publishers as well as third parties who are acting on our behalf as our agents, suppliers, or providers. We are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices employed by third party websites. Once you leave our Site we encourage you to review the privacy policy of any website linked to from one of our Site before using it. In addition, you agree that we are not responsible for any offers, promotions, products or services provided by through any such third party websites.

AMENDMENTS TO POLICY

From time to time, we may use the information we collect for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in this Privacy Policy. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Site to notify you of these changes and we will use for these new purposes only data collected from the time of the policy change forward. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our Site periodically.
